Many of the injection molded parts that Weiss manufactures must meet the highest quality requirements as safety components. Our quality management is set up to match such standards. The in-house developed testing equipment uses integrated image processing systems, for example, to check the position of inserts. Individual batches of injection molded parts are comprehensively tested. The measured values of all individual parts are transferred to the QM software and checked across production to fit in your values
With our plant in Hungary, we can meet the challenges of international markets even better. This expansion step and the focus on sophisticated injection molded parts in conjunction with the concept of technical customer consulting means that we are ideally positioned for future challenges.
